How Billing Works
Straightforward, and explained up front
Self-Pay — No Physician Order Needed
Many of our tests are available self-pay, which means you can request testing yourself without an order from a doctor. Just call us and we will walk you through what is available.
We Do Not Bill Insurance
Lab Ladies does not bill insurance for our services. Our mobile collection fee is paid directly to us. The laboratory that performs your testing handles its own billing separately.
Travel Fee
A travel fee may apply depending on your location within Palm Beach and Broward County. We will always confirm any travel fee with you before your appointment — no surprises.

Self-Pay Testing
You can order testing yourself
With self-pay testing you do not need an order from a doctor. Call us, tell us what you are looking for, and we will schedule a nurse to come to you.
What to expect
- Call or text to tell us what you need
- We confirm the price and any travel fee up front
- A Registered Nurse comes to your home or facility
- Your specimen goes to an accredited reference laboratory
- We follow through until the results are delivered
